Aleah purchased a gown early on in her engagement, and after some time had passed, she realized her dream wedding gown vision wasn’t the same for what she had previously purchased.
I found different types of crepe materials, and Aleah ended up choosing this one that had a very unique nearly velvet feel to it, and had the loveliest drape to it. The bodice had a full corset on the interior of the gown, and then the draping on top was tacked in place to get the perfect soft, romantic drape that Aleah had envisioned. Being an October wedding, Aleah had wanted sleeves just in case it ended up being a cold day, but wanted the option for them to be removable so she could dance the night away. The sheath silhouette allowed Aleah’s waist and curves to still be emphasized, but gave her the comfort for movement and dancing for the entire evening. The perfect finishing detail was the customized hand-pressed buttons in matching fabric, from the top of the back to the end of the sweep length train.
